Who We Are

In 1989, a group of school and community volunteers created the Princeton Scholarship Foundation. The purpose of the foundation was to establish a base to provide financial support for students beyond their high school education. The project was in its early stages when, for a variety of reason, the committee discontinued it activity for a time. Several thousand dollars had been raised and was held in the appropriate account for the organization.

In 1995, the Foundation was revived by community members and a $21,209 donation from the 1995 All-Class Reunion. The Princeton Scholarship Foundation became affiliated with the national Dollars for Scholars organization and with their support, the Foundation was re-established.

Through fund raising and the establishment of endowed scholarships, Princeton Scholarship Foundation has continued to grow. Forty-five scholarships amounting to $20,000 from the Foundation and 13 scholarships amounting to $8,000 from our endowed scholarships were presented at the awards night on May 16, 2012.

Helping to Achieve Goals--

I was honored to have been chosen as a recipient of a scholarship from Princeton Scholarship Foundation Dollars for Scholars. Not only was I thrilled to learn of my selection, but I am overly appreciative of your support. Due to your generous support, I will be able to work towards my goals more confidently with this investment in my future!

I am pursuing my undergraduate degree in Nursing and I plan to continue gaining further education within the Pediatrics field to then move to a position as a Registered Nurse in a NICU.

I will be thankful for years to come. Princeton Scholarship Foundation has provided me support and assistance to which I promise to do my best academically and career wise to assist children, families and future students like myself.
